It does not sounds like it. You need the MOLLE on the outside to put the TacTrap on the outside of the belt.
How much weight can one of these safely hold?
i.e. could this confidently hold a game changer or similarly weighted bag?

I think the weight of the weighted bag would likely open the magnets up while moving around.
