RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Lifetime Warranty for Hard Goods:

Our Lifetime Warranty covers workmanship and materials against defects for the entire life of the product on our NeoMag and RASC. During this period, if the product is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it. Please contact us at [email protected] for any questions or warranty inquiries.

Limited Warranty for Soft Goods:

We offer a 1 year warranty on all soft good products. This includes the Sentry Strap, Scout Sling and Scout Sling pad. This warranty covers your product against manufacturer defects in workmanship or materials. During this period, if the product is covered by the warranty we will repair or replace it. Return & Exchange Policy:

To qualify for a return: 

  • You should contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the returned items (less shipping). 
    • Exceptions are made for manufacturer defects in products
  • Items returned must include all parts and be in original packaging.
    • Please note that any items returned that show signs of wear (including but not limited to scratches, dents, missing parts) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

How To Return/Exchange An Item:

If the item you ordered didn’t work out or you made a mistake while ordering, we will work with you to find the correct size, color or model of product that you need.

  1. Include in your package the Refund/Exchange Authorization Form requested above, or a signed letter stating your reason for the return and the original receipt/packing slip. 

NOTE:

  • We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • We will notify you via email of a refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

Shipping:

US orders: All US orders are shipped USPS or UPS as requested by the customer at the time of checkout.

All in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday). Sometimes USPS estimated number of days to deliver is inaccurate and may take longer than noted by the USPS.
