Neomag Production Associate

Our Production Associate is an entry-level position that plays a key role in ensuring high-quality products are ready to ship. We are looking for dependable, punctual individuals who are eager to learn and contribute as part of a team. In this role, you will assist with product assembly, quality control, packaging, fulfillment support, and maintaining an organized shop environment. 

This position offers flexibility in scheduling. Our shop operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and we are currently seeking candidates available for 20–25 hours per week. After six months of training, opportunities to work outside of standard operating hours may be available on a case-by-case basis. Daily responsibilities and workload may vary depending on order volume and seasonal demand.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assembly
  • Assemble products for general inventory
    • Maintain a working knowledge of each varied product and how to assemble each
  • Refill parts bins from general storage
    • Clean, sort, and prep individual parts
    • Prepping individual parts for assembly
  • Read large dealer orders and assemble product to fulfill
• Conduct product quality control
  • Utilize provided tools to ensure product is built to spec
  • Take product returns and inspect for defects
    • If product is defective, disassemble and reuse parts
    • If product is unused, repackage and put back on shelf
• Packaging
  • Package assembled product
    • Understand each products packaging needs
    • Keep track of packaging stock for purchasing
• Fulfillment
  • Occasionally assist with order pulling
  • Assist fulfillment
    • Ensuring they have everything they need for daily orders
  • Build dealer orders
    • Read SKU’s
    • Follow direct QTY’s
    • Ensure packaged by Dealers request
• Shop Maintenance
  • Assist with cleaning: to include sweeping, mopping, dusting, and bathroom clean up
  • Various organization projects to improve efficiency

Pay starting at $12/hr.
