RETURNS/EXCHANGE/WARRANTY REQUESTS
We always hope you love what you ordered but if for some reason you do not or if you made a mistake while ordering, we will gladly accept unused products that include all parts and are in the original packaging.
Items returned for a refund or exchange must be returned within 30 days of the shipping date. If you are returning for a refund $5.00 will be deducted from the refund amount for the shipping label. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Free Exchanges
Option 1 Create a new order and receive a free return label.
If you know the item you need in exchange, complete a new order and fill out the form below. Make sure you have your old and new order number handy to enter in the form. Once you complete the exchange form below we will email you with a complimentary return label. We will process your full product refund once the item is returned.

Option 2 Receive Store Credit and receive a free return label
If you would like to return your item for store credit, complete the exchange form below, selecting the store credit option, and we will email you with a complimentary return label.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return for a Refund
Once you complete the return request below we will email you with your return label; $5.00 will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and usually take 3-5 business days to show on your account. Any orders placed with a gift card must be refunded back as a gift card and cannot be refunded to any other payment method.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If you receive an incorrect or defective item please do not initiate a return or exchange. Use the contact form below to attach pictures and we will send you a replacement.
Product Warranty
Lifetime Warranty for Hard Goods
- NeoMag, TYPEG, RASC, ALIAS receivers and clips
Our Lifetime Warranty covers workmanship and materials against defects for the entire life of the product on our NeoMag, RASC and ALIAS. During this period, if the product is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it.
Limited Warranty for Soft Goods
- Sentry Strap, Scout Sling and Scout Sling pad
We offer a 1 year warranty on all soft good products. This includes the Sentry Strap, Scout Sling and Scout Sling pad. This warranty covers your product against manufacturer defects in workmanship or materials. During this period, if the product is covered by the warranty we will repair or replace it.

Sales Promotion Policy
Policy Statement
Sales promotions, discounts, and special offers apply only to purchases made during the specified promotional period. Purchases completed before or after the promotional period are not eligible for retroactive or extended promotional pricing.

- The promotional period includes the date and time when the promotion begins and the date and time when it ends
- All times are based on the time zone specified in the promotional material
Eligibility Requirements
- To receive promotional pricing, the purchase transaction must be completed during the active promotional period
- “Completed” means the order is finalized and payment is processed within the promotional timeframe
- Purchases made prior to the promotion start date are not eligible for retroactive discounts
- Purchases made after the promotion end date are not eligible for the promotional pricing
Flash Sales
Flash sales are time-limited promotional events with especially strict timing requirements.
Flash Sale Characteristics
- Flash sales typically run for very short periods (hours or even minutes)
- Flash sale start and end times are precise and non-negotiable
- Promotional pricing applies only during the exact flash sale window
Flash Sale Eligibility
- Orders must be completed and payment processed during the active flash sale period
- Due to the brief nature of flash sales, no extensions or exceptions will be granted
- Cart abandonment or incomplete checkout processes do not qualify for flash sale pricing if the sale period expires before purchase completion
- Technical issues or website difficulties do not extend flash sale eligibility beyond the stated end time
No Retroactive Application
- Customers who complete purchases before a promotion begins will not receive adjustments to match subsequent promotional pricing
- Customers who complete purchases after a promotion ends will not receive the expired promotional pricing
