Shipping & Returns

Lifetime Warranty:

Our Lifetime Warranty covers workmanship and materials against defect for the entire life of the product on our Blacknitride generation NeoMags. During this period, if the product is covered by the warranty, we will repair or replace it.

Shipping:

US orders: All US orders are shipped USPS. If you would like to have your order insured and/or add the signature required service, please email gdavis@theneomag.com prior to ordering. Additional fees will apply.

International Shipping: Please email gdavis@theneomag.com to inquire.

All in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days. Sometimes the USPS' estimated number of days to delivery is inaccurate and may take longer than noted by the USPS.

Return Policy:

You may return within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the cost of the returned items (shipping not included). Items returned must include all parts and be in original packaging. Please note that any items returned that show signs of wear (including but not limited to scratches, dents, missing parts) will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
